“Great guide, reservation confusion”

Our guide Dominique was extremely friendly and provided us with a terrific day (which is why we have given the tour 4 stars instead of 3). The communication with the owner leading up to our tour, as well as the actual pick-up though was off. Consequently, we ended up starting our tour approximately 30 minutes behind schedule and having to call the owner to see if someone was coming to pick us up. I have yet to receive a response to my post tour email from the owner. As for the tour itself, the spot that Dominique took us to snorkel was awesome and having a smaller boat allowed us to venture into the caves – a pretty cool experience. Thanks to Dominique for such an enjoyable day.
